Chrys Cleaning provides professional cleaning services including residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, move in/out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and recurring cleaning in the Greater Boston area.

2. Scheduling and Cancellation

• Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, check, and electronic payments. All prices are subject to change based on the scope of work required.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.

5. Liability

Chrys Cleaning is fully insured. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, items of extraordinary value that were not disclosed prior to service, or damage resulting from normal wear and tear. Please secure or remove valuables before our team arrives.

6. Access to Property

You must ensure that our cleaning team has safe and legal access to the property at the scheduled time. You are responsible for providing access instructions and any security codes required for entry.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
